Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship all orders via UPS.

Shipping Destinations We ship to all addresses within the United States.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup We do not currently offer local delivery or in-store pickup. However, our store is open for 1 hour before every excursion. Check our website www.kydinnertrain.com for excursion times.
